Embarassing to say, but over the past five years as my allergies worsened so did my scalp. I had gotten to the point that not only did I have extremely oily hair I started to get dandruff that got progressively worse over time until I had awful itching and huge flakes in my hair. I tried Head & Shoulders, and then switched to T-Gel, and then to clinical T-Gel, all with absolutely no resolution. I also have colored hair and these products caused fading. Since they didn't work anyway I just thought I had to suffer and started using a Sulfate free shampoo so at least my color would last longer but the itching and scalp buildup finally got the best of me. I started thinking maybe I could find a Sulfate free shampoo that would stop this severe dandruff and found Regenepure DR. I decided to give it a try. It took three seperate washings until I my scalp was completely free of the severe dandruff, but it totally cleared my scalp up. I no longer itch at all, even if I go 4 days without washing my hair. It still gets oily as all get out by the third day, but serioulsy not one flake or the even the tiniest bit of itching. Even though I have a very thick head of hair and wasn't looking to prevent hair loss, I have noticed about 50% less hair in the drain after I wash than I used to experience before using Regenepure DR. I follow the directions and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing and it leaves my scalp feeling fresh. This stuff is very expensive, and I thought I used expensive sulfate stuff to begin with, but I have found a thrifty way to make the investment not so painful. I first thoroughly wash all my hair with my regular sulfate free shampoo, because I can be a bit more liberal with it. Then I rinse and use about a quarter sized amount to just scrub into my scalp, that way I am not wasting this very expensive shampoo washing my hair too. The bottle should last alot longer doing it that way. I highly recommend this shampoo since it is the ONLY one that I have used for dandruff that worked.

I have been using this products for a few months, along with the shampoo and conditioner. Cannot see a difference in the thickness of my hair. I like the application of this product, very easy and not messy. However, it does seem to make my hair needing to be washed everyday instead of every other day.

I have used this in the past. It is over-priced and does absolutely nada, except maybe give you dry mouth and bad breath. It is junk and a complete waste of money.

This product really seems to work best when combined with Rogaine foam (2x a day), along with saw palmetto, flaxseed oil, and biotin. Have been using for about 5 months now, and really notice a difference. Also seems to get rid of a few gray hairs that I had, but not sure if this product had anything to do with that. Recommended in combination with a few other things daily, and you will see some level of regrowth, and healthier hair.

My hair has been thinning for 20 years. My aunt lost almost all her hair and wore a wig in her old age, not from cancer or radiation. I went to a dermatologist a year ago who gave me a prescription for a steroid cream and recommended using minoxidil 5% twice a day except every weekend replacing it with the steroid cream as well as taking a high dose biotin 5x everyday.
After 2 months I ran out of the steroid cream and take the biotin infrequently, but the Rogaine has totally solved the problem! It is like a miracle to me. I have a full head of beautiful curly hair like I did in my 20's. I rarely think about it now but when I do, I am soooooo grateful to that physician! And I buy the Rogaine on amazon because it is the best price I have found! I never plan to run out!

It has not been two months yet so I can't comment on hair growth. But this must be said, as stated in the directions and warnings with the product, you will loose more hair with initial use. And also as stated by other users you may develop dandruff. I never have had this before in my life and it is localized solely on the area of application. I have got head and shoulders and this has fixed the problem. But you should be prepared. I assume that because all these warnings I heard before have come true that hair growth will appear at 2 months as promised. But just a heads up to anyone interested in the product.

I actually purchased this for my husband and it does take a while to work, so he is not yet seeing results. I however, have been using Rogaine for women since last July and I can't believe the results. I am a 49 year old woman who has always had thin hair. After the birth of my children it got worse. Last summer I was loosing so much hair I asked my hair-dresser what to do. She suggested Rogaine. My hair is so much thicker now, I can't see my scalp anymore. I would recommend this product to anyone with thinning hair. It is wonderful.

This is my fourth month of use (on my second pack). I saw results in my third month. It works but there are a few things to take note of.

1. It is not convenient to put on. It runs off as you apply and take time to dry.
2. It seemed to cause fatigue when I started using it. I stopped using it during to day and I was no longer tired.
3. It causes dandruff and it itches, a lot. I sometimes wake up at night scratching my head, literally. From the instructions, I am supposed to stop using it.
4. Leaves "white" patches in areas of application. These can wash off but are visible. This is minor though

It should be cheaper but you can get a $10 off coupon from their website. If it did not work, I wouldn't have bought a second pack.
